I asked Joan Edwards to work up a page of pictures of our teacher. She did a fine job as you can see. We do want to note the many teachers we have for our Bible classes. I had not thought of my picture being in it for I was thinking of the classes in the other building, not the auditorium. I fear we often take these teachers for granted and give them very little thanks for the great work they are doing and the many hours they spend in preparation and teaching of our young people. Along with the parents teaching at home, the future of the church rest largely in their hands. These brethren instruct our young people in the ways of the Lord. No work on earth is of more value than this. Jesus came to seek and save the lost and these are working for the same cause. How grateful we are to the Lord for encouraging us to teach and admonish one another and to bring up our children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. These teachers are examples to us all and we are grateful not only for their teaching but for their dedication to the Lord on a daily basis. May God bless them both now and in eternity for their efforts, Rev. 2:10.

Paul told Timothy, “And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also”, 2 Tim 2:2.
The early disciples, “went every where preaching the word”, Acts 8:4.
Aquila and Priscilla even took Apollos aside and “expounded unto him the way of God more perfectly”, Acts l8:26.
Timothy’s mother and grandmother instilled the faith in Timothy from a youth, 2 Tim. 1:5.

These are not the only teachers we have here at West Fayetteville for all who are Christians teach by their daily contact with the world and by their godly example and admonitions and by their faithfulness in attending the worship services. We are thankful for all of you and our prayer is that God will be glorified and souls will be saved by your dedication and love of the Lord.

It is a privilege to serve the Lord and teach the word of God. Thank you for your efforts in this behalf. Thank you for your interest in others. Thank you for your love of the truth. You are to be commended and our lives are enriched by your service to the Lord!
